Appointments

In order to provide the time and attention each student deserves as promptly as possible, Syracuse University Health Services staff see students by appointment. Call 315-443-9005 to schedule an appointment.

• Appointments are generally available within two business days.
• Nurses are available to assist patients with urgent medical problems or to answer questions during regular business hours.
• Always bring your student identification card and insurance card when you visit Health Services.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the appropriate paperwork.
• If you need to cancel an appointment, please call our office at 315-443-9005.
• Students who fail to show for a scheduled appointment, or do not provide advance notice of their cancellation will be considered a "no show" and a $10 fee will be applied to their account.
