Kathleen C. Coughlin, MPA
Kathleen is the Associate Director and has been employed at Syracuse University since 2016. Prior to coming to Syracuse University, Kathleen worked for 13 years in the local public health department where she had a focus on communicable disease. Kathleen received a bachelor’s degree in politics and philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s in public administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
Benjamin Domingo, MS, FNP-BC
Ben is a licensed and certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has been employed at Syracuse University Health Services since 2011. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University at Albany, an RN Diploma from Memorial Hospital of Nursing and a Master's of Science in Nursing from Sage Graduate School. Prior to coming to Syracuse University, Ben was the Director of the Health Center at Morrisville State College for 10 years. He has also worked as an NP at Colgate University and the University at Albany.
Michele Frontale, R.Ph.
Michele Frontale is a registered Pharmacist and has been employed at Syracuse University Health Services since 2012. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy. She is a Certified Immunizer and is Certified in Medication Therapy Management. Prior to coming to Syracuse University, Michele worked as a Supervising Pharmacist at Fay's and Kinney Drugs for 25 years. She is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of New York, the Onondaga County Pharmaceutical Society and the American Pharmacist Association.
LeeAnne Lane, RN
Mrs. LeeAnne Lane is a Registered Nurse and has been employed at Syracuse University Health Services since 2013. She earned her RN Diploma from St. Josephs School of Nursing. Mrs. LeeAnne Lane has over 20 years of nursing experience which includes 15 years as a manager in ambulatory health care settings. She has worked with adults in varying ages in cardiology, the emergency room and in intensive care.
Karen Nardella, MD
Dr. Nardella is licensed and is board certified in family medicine and has been employed at Syracuse University Health Services since 2014. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College, received her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine, and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Nardella was employed in a private practice in Manlius, N.Y. for 17 years and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Susan Perrigo, CPA
Susan Perrigo is the Budget Manager and has been employed at Syracuse University Health Services since 2016. She was an Accountant in the School of Education at Syracuse University for 7 years, prior to joining Health Services. Susan earned her Bachelor of Science in Acounting from LeMoyne College and is a Certified Public Accountant, having over 25 years of various types of accounting experience. Prior to coming to Syracuse University, she worked as an Accounts Payable manager at National Grid.
Paul Smyth, AEMT-P
Manager of Emergency Medical Services
Paul is a Certified Advanced Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic and has been employed at Syracuse University Health Services since 2011. Prior to coming to Syracuse University, Paul was the Director of Operations for 16 years at NAVAC Ambulance in North Syracuse. He currently chairs the Onondaga County Ambulance Director's Association.
