Immunizations

A wide variety of vaccinations are available at Health Services including hepatitis A and B, measles-mumps-rubella (MMR), tetanus, polio, meningococcus A and B, HPV (Gardasil), and varicella. A campuswide campaign is conducted each fall to encourage influenza vaccination.

In accordance with New York State Public Health Law, Health Services requires that all students provide:

  • Documentation of two (2) doses of measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) or proof of immunity.
  • Documentation of one (1) dose of meningococcal meningitis ACWY vaccine within the preceding five years and after the age of 16 or a completed waiver form declining the vaccination.

*Note: The mandatory immunization requirement form (on the patient portal) MUST be completed and received by Health Services prior to your arrival on campus. If these documents are not received, students will risk strict administrative consequences including the inability to register for classes and/or suspension of ID card services.
